Description
Position Summary
Manhattan Christian College seeks a Christ-centered, visionary, and relational leader to serve as its next President. The President serves as the chief executive officer of the College and is responsible for providing spiritual, strategic, and administrative leadership that advances the mission of the institution while preserving its biblical and Restoration Movement identity.
The President will lead the College in strengthening enrollment, enhancing financial sustainability, supporting academic excellence, cultivating donor and church relationships, and guiding the institution into its next century of ministry impact.

Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for the College
Serve as the primary spiritual and institutional leader of MCC
Advance strategic growth initiatives and institutional sustainability
Strengthen relationships with churches, alumni, donors, students, and community partners
Lead and support administrative divisions and senior leadership
Ensure faithful stewardship of financial, human, and physical resources
Promote and protect the mission, values, and theological identity of the College
Report regularly to the Board of Trustees regarding institutional operations and progress
Support enrollment growth, student development, and campus vitality
Represent the College publicly with clarity, humility, and conviction
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in higher education, ministry, nonprofit leadership, or organizational management
Strong communication, relationship-building, and fundraising ability
Proven organizational leadership and strategic planning experience
Graduate-level education required; theological training strongly preferred; earned doctorate desirable
Commitment to the Independent Christian Church/Churches of Christ and Restoration Movement ideals
Desired Characteristics

A deeply committed follower of Jesus Christ
A servant leader marked by humility, prayer, integrity, and wisdom
Relational, approachable, and able to foster unity across constituencies
Visionary and mission-driven with a heart for Christian higher education
