Grundfos Pumps Corporation (Lenexa, KS) seeks Back Office Engineer to: provide technical assistance to customers assuring the functionality of the solution in practice; create quotations; work closely with product management, supply chain and operations; support sales teams; identify new business opportunities; ensure data is updated in CRM; communicate, collaborate, and provide support with product segment/other suppliers; follow up on quotations; promote digital tools; follow up on pre-defined customer interactions with set SLA.; provide overload support for the CSSC Front Line; support with ad hoc tasks ; work as a subject matter expert within products, applications or processes. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (foreign equivalent accepted) OR 3 yrs experience, and knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and knowledge of MS Office Applications.
